Roasted Asparagus with Lemon and Herbs:
- 1 bunch of asparagus, ends removed
- 3 sprays of extra virgin olive oil spray
- 2 T pepper
- 1 T garlic powder
- 1 T Mrs. Dash seasoning
- 3 lemon wedges, squeezed
- 3-6 lemon slices
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease a roasting pan. Coat asparagus with olive oil spray, pepper, garlic powder, Mrs. Dash, squeezed lemon, and slices. Place asparagus in roasting pan. Roast for about 20 minutes, turning frequently. Enjoy the Roasted Asparagus with Lemon and Herbs!
