Private Coaching Package–5 Sessions
Individual Health Coaching includes:
- Private 50-minute appointments, scheduled approximately every two weeks.
- Goal setting, recommendations, accountability, trouble-shooting, discussion of your progress, and a full set of notes.
- Ongoing phone, text and email support between sessions.
- Simple healthy recipes, nutritional guidance, meal planning and preparation support.
- Resources specific to your needs and goals (books, videos, websites, handouts, etc.).
