An Integrative Nutrition Health Coach is a guide and mentor who empowers you and provides ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness.
My practice specialty focuses on clients seeking to improve gut health, manage chronic symptoms with less medication, learn cooking skills necessary for their ideal diet and (or) achieve and maintain significant weight loss.
Most of us have at least some idea of what we need to do, and absolutely no idea why it’s so hard to do it! Coaching provides support and accountability, and draws out personal motivations for change and individual solutions that work.
My health coaching program provides you with:
- Two private 50-minute sessions per month
- Ongoing email and phone support between sessions
- Simple healthy recipes and nutritional guidance
- Resources specific to your needs and goals (books, videos, websites, handouts, etc.)
Group coaching can be just as effective as private sessions for people looking for change. Colleen creates an environment of confidentiality and trust, where group members are open to being coached. Themes arise from individual issues and questions. Discussions and exercises reveal varying perspectives that offer a feeling of normality, inspiration and multiple layers of support and accountability. My six-week programs are a fraction of the cost of one-to-one health coaching.
- Discover what foods or diet plan works best for your body.
- Assess your life from a holistic perspective.
- Identify assumptions and thought patterns that are working against you.
- Find true motivation, inspiration and energy.
- Focus forward with timely, achievable and realistic goals.

Each session will leave you feeling inspired and motivated. We will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life such as love and relationships as well as career and money.
