Homemade DIY Bread Starters: Sourdough, Fruit, Potato & Sweet
My Grandmother Dorothy had two signature recipes. Orange cookies, and bourbon slush (which I’ll save for another time!). And though I used vegan ingredients, they taste just as I remember, especially because I burned the first batch.
A day or two after Halloween, the kids gave Mom permission to cook their Jack-o-lanterns, with a promise of some tasty pumpkin pie for the trade.
