- 3 cups (give or take) baked sweet potatoes, butternut or acorn squash, pumpkin or other gourd 3 tsp yellow mustard
- 3 tsp soy sauce
- 3 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 3/4 cup yeast flakes
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 cup plant milk or water
Blend thoroughly. Pepper and season to taste. Italian spices are delicious!
