Missing the heavy cream sauces of traditional comfort food? Try this for a delicious cheesy texture and flavor. 

  • 3 cups (give or take) baked sweet potatoes, butternut or acorn squash, pumpkin or other gourd 3 tsp yellow mustard
  • 3 tsp soy sauce
  • 3 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3/4 cup yeast flakes
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 cup plant milk or water

Blend thoroughly. Pepper and season to taste. Italian spices are delicious!
